What is Planogram?

Definition

A planogram (or POG) is a visual diagram or schematic showing how products should be placed on retail shelves to maximise sales and category performance. Planograms specify shelf positions, facings, heights, and product adjacencies.

  • A field sales team executing a planogram reset across 500 convenience stores
