About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to join our team at [Company Name]. FMCG Procurement Managers manage the sourcing of raw materials, packaging, ingredients, and indirect spend. They negotiate long-term contracts, manage supplier relationships, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising product quality or supply security.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage procurement category strategy for assigned direct and/or indirect spend categories
  • Lead RFP/tender processes for new and existing suppliers, evaluating on cost, quality, and supply security
  • Negotiate and implement multi-year supply contracts covering pricing, volume, service levels, and quality
  • Monitor commodity market trends and implement hedging or buying strategies to manage price risk
  • Conduct regular supplier business reviews, managing KPIs and driving continuous improvement
  • Identify and deliver year-on-year cost savings targets through commercial negotiation and specification changes
  • Manage supplier risk assessments and maintain dual-source strategies for critical raw materials
  • Collaborate with NPD, technical, and supply chain teams on new product sourcing and supplier qualification
